1. Once an order is submitted, it means that the customer understands and accepts that there may be color differences between the pictures and the actual products. The actual product color shall prevail. Our store will not accept refunds, returns or exchanges due to color differences.
2. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified/ cancelled. Please verify all order information before placing an order.
3. Orders will be shipped within 2 working days after the order is placed (except for pre-ordered items).
4. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted after items are sold.
5. We make every effort to ensure our website inventory is accurate. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, a refund will be arranged, but the remaining items in the order (if applicable) cannot be cancelled/ refunded.
6. Customers should consider the shipping risk before purchasing, and are responsible for any damage or loss during delivery.
7. By choosing SF Express as the delivery method, the customer agrees to the company's terms and conditions regarding delivery of parcels.
7.1 If the recipient does not pick up the parcel or contact with the delivery company within a reasonable time after the shipment is sent, or if the carrier is unable to contact the recipient, the recipient may be charged storage fees by the delivery company, or the parcel may be abandoned, disposed of or sold.
7.2 To ensure the customer's rights, if the parcel is not received within one week after the order is shipped, please contact us or the delivery company to inquire about the status of the shipment as soon as possible.
7.3 If the shipment is cancelled due to the recipient not collecting it for a long period of time / the shipping company is unable to contact the recipient, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by such failure.
7.4 For goods shipped to destinations outside of Hong Kong, you are liable for paying customs duty, import tax and other sales tax and import customs handling fees.
7.5 Customs regulations vary depending on the country or region, so please contact your local customs office directly for matters such as import sales tax.
8. Using Hong Kong Post ordinary packet service (free postage) as the delivery method, the customer will be responsible for the mailing risk. Our store will take a photo of the envelope when it is sent out for the customer's record. In general, the mail will be received within 3-5 working days after delivery.
We reserve the right to terminate or modify the above. In case of any disputes, our decision will be final and conclusive.
