Shopping and Delivery Arrangements


[Online Shopping Process]

  1. Browse Products Explore the website and click on your favourite items to view the product detail page.
  2. Add to Cart Click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”.
  3. Proceed to Checkout Go to your shopping cart → Click “Checkout”.
  4. Log In / Register Log in to your account, register a new one, or continue as a guest.
  5. Fill in Shipping Information Enter recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address.
  6. Choose Shipping Method Select your preferred delivery option (e.g., convenience store pickup, home delivery, international shipping, etc.).
  7. Choose Payment Method Select your payment option (see common payment methods below).
  8. Review Order Total Double-check items, quantities, discounts, and final amount.
  9. Place Order Submit the order → Complete payment → Receive order confirmation email.
  10. Shipping Notification Once the seller ships your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
  11. Receive & Confirm Delivery  Complete the transaction.

[Delivery Time]

- Products will be shipped within 2-3 working days after the order is confirmed normally. Working days refers to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

- During promotions and free shipping periods, holidays or bad weather, orders may take more time to process.

- If you need to change the delivery address/telephone number/schedule delivery time, etc., after the payment of order is completed, please contact SF Express to change it.

[Delivery Fee]

HK local orders: FREE delivery by SF Express for orders over HKD400. Order under HKD400, a delivery charge of HKD30 shall apply.

Macau orders: FREE delivery by SF Express for orders over HKD500. Order under HKD500, a delivery charge of HKD40 shall apply.


Overseas orders (Ship via UPS):

US/Canada FREE shipping over HKD3000. (Order under HKD3000, a delivery charge of HKD600 shall apply)

UK/AU FREE shipping over HKD2800. (Order under HKD2800, a delivery charge of HKD600 shall apply)

Taiwan FREE shipping over HKD2000. (Order under HKD2000, a delivery charge of HKD500 shall apply)


[Self-pickup Orders]
Self-pickup orders at Kwun Tung Shop expire in a month after the order is placed. Orders that are not picked up at the shop within one month will be considered abandonment and will be automatically cancelled without any notice or refund.

 

[Return Policy]

Once an order is submitted, it means that the customer understands and accepts that there may be color differences between the pictures and the actual products. The actual product color shall prevail. Our store will not accept refunds, returns or exchanges due to color differences.

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified/ cancelled. Please verify all order information before placing an order.

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted after items are sold.

We make every effort to ensure our website inventory is accurate. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, a refund will be arranged, but the remaining items in the order (if applicable) cannot be cancelled/ refunded.



[Regulations for Delivery]

- SF Express may have additional service charges for any changes on shipping method or delivery address after ordering.
- Please provide correct recipient phone number and delivery addresses. Any shipments invalid due to incorrect information, SF Express may have additional service charges.
- Please confirm product options and numbers before order, upon successful payment, you will not be able to have any changes on option/addition/combined order.
- If the customer refuses to receive the order after the order is shipped, the extra cost and shipping fee will be deducted from the payment.


[Service Fee of SF Express]

SF Retention Service Fee will be applied for late pick up at SF Business Stations, SF Stores or EF Lockers to ensure quality service and efficiency.

1. Pick up at SF Business Stations or SF Stores

For parcels collected at SF Business Stations or SF Stores but failed to pick them up within the first 2 days* of the SMS / SFHK APP pickup notification, will be charged for SF Retention Service Fee for every 1 day*. The cost will be accumulated every day.

*The number of day(s) is/ are calculated from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

2. Pick up at EF Lockers

For parcel collected from EF Locker^ after the first 24 hours upon the system initiating parcel collection SMS message/ SFHK APP notification, an accumulative fee of HK$10 will be charged for every 24-hour as a unit thereafter.

[Additional fee]

SF Express will charge other surcharges with customers based on fuel, remoteness, and resource adjustments, and the surcharges need to be paid by customers.
