配方具有高效保濕、鎖水的功效，加入高濃度的甘油達至即時滋潤乾燥肌膚的效果，令肌膚瞬間平滑柔軟，舒緩乾肌；

而礦脂成份更有效鎖住水分，可持續維持皮膚濕潤效果。除了使用於雙手，亦可用於手肘，面部等較易乾燥的部位。

在揀選潤手霜時，大家可以留意是否具備甘油（Glycerin）成分。

甘油是常用的保濕劑及肌膚調理劑，有助皮膚吸收水分及把水分帶至角質層，有效保濕。
另外一支好的Hand Cream要保濕之餘，亦要做好鎖水！故此在揀選潤手霜時，可以留意產品的封密劑成分，

例如：礦脂（petrolatum）和礦物油（paraffinum liquidum/mineral oil）都有效在皮膚表面形成鎖水屏障，減少水分流失。
