Our Gift Card is a digital e‑gift card that can be used on our official website and at our Kwun Tong store. During checkout, you may choose For Personal Use or Send as a Gift, allowing the recipient to freely select their favourite products.
💡 How to Transfer a Gift Card
Select “Send as a Gift” on the order page
Proceed to checkout and enter your friend’s name, email and phone number in the order notes
Complete the Gift Card purchase
The system will send the e‑gift card and cash dollars within 48 hours
The recipient can log in to our website using the registered email and set up their account via “Forgot Password” to redeem the cash dollars at checkout

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 Gift Cards issued by BEHOLD can be used for purchases at www.beholdgel.hk and Kwun Tong Store.
1.2 Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
1.3 The value of this gift card will be issued in the form of Cash Dollars. Cash dollars are equivalent to the gift card value will be credited to the member account within 48 hours after the order is placed. If the member account used for placing the order is different from the member account that should receive the store credit, please specify the recipient member account in the order notes. Please ensure all information provided is accurate. If incorrect information is submitted, we may not be able to arrange reissue or re-credit.
2. Validity
2.1 Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2 Expired Gift Cards will not be reissued, refunded, or extended.
3. Usage
3.1 Gift Cards can only be used on orders over $200.
3.2 Gift Cards may be used for full or partial payment of orders.
3.3 If the order amount exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid by other payment methods.
3.4 Multiple Gift Cards may not be used in one order.
4. Non-Refundable
4.1 Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash once purchased.
4.2 Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
5. Restrictions
5.1 Gift Cards may not be applicable to selected promotional items, limited products, or special offers unless stated otherwise.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse use of Gift Cards in suspicious transactions.
6. Final Decision
6.1 BEHOLD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
6.2 BEHOLD reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.
